Brand and Retail Site Imaging
Minto coordinates all work required for imaging a retail site involving the brand supplier, image contractors and the dealer. This work includes establishing and implementing the appropriate dealer selected incentive plan (if available), selected image level, contractor bid process, and image application supervision.

In-Store Merchandising
Minto will provide guidance to the dealer regarding merchandising the store. This service includes providing the dealer supplier names, assistance in store set-up, suggested marketing promotional ideas, and personnel to assist in the planning and implementation of Grand Openings

Capital Improvement Assistance
Minto provides assistance in planning and implementation of store remodels, expansions, and new store construction. For selected sites improvement funds may be available from Minto for projects involving gasoline dispensing equipment canopies and signage.

Notes
Minto programs are flexible and designed to be molded to specific dealer requirements. Dealers are encouraged to explore with Minto any ideas that will maximize their profitability.
